Mr. Mayhew,
I am sorry to trouble you again, but I am so fed up.
Vodaphone have emptied my credit again.  I only made a handful of text messages
(but none to my ex-girlfriend you will be glad to hear…).
Last week the top up number rejected my phone.  I spent ages talking to a Vodaphone
employee on line, who went off and never came back.
Then I had the staff at Tesco’s spending ages trying to get my money back.
I don’t know who’s regulating these people, but I am fed up of being ripped-off.
